So much value!

I joined the TMA Membership last month and I'm obsessed! The client experience templates alone were worth it. I've already implemented so much into my workflow. Every class is packed with info. My business is going to transform because of this. I'm telling all my photographer friends, you have to join!

Good education, fair price

I bought the newborn photography class. Content was clear and easy to follow. It covered posing well. My photos are already looking better. Worth the money.

Good content, slow support

I purchased the maternity photography training and the content was really strong. The posing guides were excellent and gave me a lot of fresh ideas. I liked how thorough the instruction was. However, I had a small question about a specific lighting setup and it took about three days to get a response from customer support. Not a huge deal since the training itself was top-notch, but a quicker reply would have been nice. The value for money is still there, just a minor snag.

Improved my workflow

So I grabbed one of their workflow systems and it's been pretty helpful. My old way of doing things was a mess. This one made a lot more sense, streamlined my process a bit. I also watched a couple of the editing tutorials. They were decent, showed me a few new tricks. Overall, it was a good experience, I'd probably check out more stuff later.

Membership on sale

I signed up for the annual TMA Membership during their Black Friday sale. It was 30% off, which was a great deal. I'd been looking for a comprehensive platform and this one had everything. Considering the individual course prices, the annual plan was definitely the most cost-effective way to get access to all the content. Felt like a solid investment for my business.

Just wondering about payment options. Do they take PayPal or is it just credit cards for the membership?

R Ryan Kim 1 month ago
I'm pretty sure I paid with a credit card, but I think I saw PayPal as an option too. Can't recall 100% but usually sites like this offer both.

Yeah, I used PayPal last year for my annual subscription. They've got the usual options.

Hey guys, thinking about signing up for The Motherhood Anthology. For people who've done it, is it worth it for someone just starting out in photography, like, true beginner?

T Todd 2 months ago
Yeah, totally. I joined when I was still figuring out my camera settings. They have a lot of foundational stuff, not just advanced techniques.

B Beth 2 months ago
I'd say yes, but maybe don't expect to master everything overnight. It's comprehensive, so you can grow into it. Plus, the community helps a lot.

Thinking of trying TMA but also looking at CreativeLive. For those who've used both, how does TMA compare for learning business stuff, not just shooting?

J James 1 month ago
CreativeLive has some good business courses, but TMA is super focused on photographers specifically, especially the 'motherhood' niche obviously. Their client experience templates and pricing guides are gold.

I found TMA's business coaching and workflow stuff way more practical for a photography business. CreativeLive felt a bit more general, if that makes sense.

Is there really a community group or is it just like, a forum that no one uses? Asking because I really value that support.

B Beth 1 month ago
Oh, for sure. They have a really active Facebook group. People post questions, share work, and give feedback all the time. It's a huge part of the membership.

Yep, very active! It's actually one of the best parts. You get answers fast and lots of encouragement.

Anyone know if you can actually download the videos to watch offline, or is it all streaming only?

K Kate D. 2 months ago
Nah, you can't download them. It's all streaming through their platform. Wish you could sometimes, but it is what it is.

M Mark C. 2 months ago
Pretty sure it's streaming only. Haven't seen an option to download any of the course videos.

Anyone know if I can stack a Black Friday code with a mentor referral discount if I sign up for the annual membership?

T Tara 2 months ago
Nah, I tried that last Cyber Monday. They only let you use one code at a time usually. It's either the big sale discount or a referral.

G Greg P. 2 months ago
Pretty sure they don't allow stacking. Most places like this only let you use one promo code.

How long does it typically take to get access to everything after you sign up for the membership? I'm eager to dive in!

J June K. 1 month ago
Literally instant. As soon as your payment goes through, you're in. All the classes are there right away.

S Sam Kaur 1 month ago
Yeah, no waiting around. Logged right in and started browsing the courses a couple minutes after signing up.
